    You can always just select "stretch" scaling in Gamesalad. That is what I did for Jump Jack, the only change I made for when it detects an iPad is a squish down the onscreen buttons,

    then thing is if you download the iPhone version via iPad it perfectly stretches to the iPad due the build in behaviours of apple.

    Interesting because I used my Retina iPad to download it from the link above, to play it (and it plays fine and looks great) and then to go back and rate it.

    A quick note: the iPad 2 is marginally more powerful than the iPad 3 (although the iPad 3 is running a Retina screen), so if something works well on the iPad 3 it should work just as well on the iPad
