I believe you can publish from windows, but you might have to install itunes though. I don't think it matters which device you publish from.

Don't confuse yourself worrying about that, just follow @jamie_c 's advice, as Gamesalad output is controlled by the CAMERA size - ie. it doesn't matter if you're on a low-res device or a high-res one

Do Actors automatically get destroyed when you leave a scene, or do you have to destroy every actor in scene?

Before iOS 11, Apple assumes that if you're hiding the status bar, you want do de-emphasize the gestures, so you have to do them twice.

I feel your pain -- living in Australia, you fall into a timezone where when you are up for the day, almost everyone else is going to sleep/sleeping, especially on the GS side, who are in the US.
