can it be might be both ipods being defective, like even my board game, no constraining, spawing actors , all i have is 2 dices and a actor moving and some scores display and it wont work on ipod 2nd

The ipad one is less powerful than 2. That's just a result of the better hardware of the ipad2 it has nothing to do with GS.
