Obviously when you add sounds to your game they either fall into the 'Sound' or 'Music' categories.

There’s lots missing but it’s free, I mainly use it for tile placement and that’s it really! It’s just so much faster having snap to grid and a sort of tile placement tool, just give it a try (Image)

There is a lot of trial & error in the whole process. Once you've got google play going its very easy (compared to iOS).
