    then in your rocket actor you might put a rule if attribute RocketFire is true then behavour spawn rocket. Also add a change attribute in that rule to change RocketFire back to false.

    ita becase that actor gets destroyed,so by time the 2 seconds has passed that actors not there anymore, there fore is not there to spawn the new actor. Check the run to completion box in the timer and
