it only is affecting Mac App's and not iPhone or iPad apps since when I did my Valentine app all of those were fine but when I submitted it to the Mac App store is when the ICON error happened. Missi

@RKS, I mostly use Photoshop and similar software to make pictures from combination of different pictures + effects. And I'm looking software for iPad for exact same work.

I've update GS Viewer loads of times and never had a problem. All App ID's , provisioning profiles and certificates are there. My iPad has IOS 5.01 installed and I've re-installed XCode just in case.

Just make sure you set the target deployment to ios 5.0 in xcode. Yeah I tried installing on an ipod touch 2nd gen with 4.2 but it won't run any apps. The viewer installs fine but won't run the apps.

I have just installed and used the viewer on my iPad from Xcode 4.2 on SL and it built quite happily to a universal 3.2 deployment target. My iPad is 5.0.1.

I'd test it and see, we do mostly ipad apps so they are more powerful but in our experence a small ten frame like that doesn't kill my performace and as I said I ran it in the ios simulator @ version

I have them on my iPad - Sketchbook would be my choice and you can get a good feel for it with the free express version.
