I just created an completely new apple developer account. I have not created anything like certs and provision file, appids, bundle identifiers etc etc. Its been so long I dont remember how to doit.

@Toque Glad you figured out a way to scroll! A scroll bar should definitely be visible on the bottom as well, though I'm not seeing one either (so I wonder where it has run off to)

I agree, this should be sped up. On the bright side typing the attributes you want should be pretty quick.
