My game on the IPAD one crashes at 142.2 MB in total memory usage.

It runs at a steady 57-62 fps on ios5 and ios4 on an iphone4, and ipad 1 and 2, and on an itouch 4th gen - It has not been tested on a 3gs, but I would hope it is around the 50 fps mark on that device
