I had this problem on ipad and all I had to was, when you publish your game to gamesalad on the second screen there is a advanced option button click that and change minimum operating system too 3.2.

I purchased this as my first game for my new iPad and it is tremendous. Fun, challenging, polished and professional ... well done and good luck with future sales.
