It uses tables and is probably close to what you need.

I'm planning to have at least a few dozen scenes so perhaps figuring out how to use tables is the best strategy. Thank you, all, for the suggestions!

I can't see any walls, the hero actor falls off the screen as soon as you start, there are broken references in the hero actor's rules . . . etc etc.

You need to compress/zip the file before uploading.
