Bug! Overlap and collide stopped an independently moving actor

I didn't find this in the search and found it on first try of the GS update when I tested this otherwise bug some were talking about. Also submitted ad bug.
I have actor #1 gave it a rule when overlaps or collides with an actor (rock) that is automatically moving actor #1would do anything (tried all kinds of behaviors) for some reason the Rock stops moving completely as I go to preview. Anybody else have this trouble?

    So I figured I'd delete the actor but not before copying it. Then pasted it back in and now it works
