Hi there,

I'm a recent pro member. I remember reading that pro members get premium support. How do we go about receiving this? I've been trying to get a file submitted and looked at all day, and I haven't received a response about it. Also, the system for submitting files is broken, it gives me a somewhat obnoxious 'oh noes!' error message.

    well I think the support is a bit weird because sometimes GS won;t reply to my mail within 24 hrs

    I have one email that is there for 2 weeks already and still no reply

    I have told them in every survey since the Priority Support was announced they need a separate contact form only accessible by Pro Accounts so they are sure to get the Priority Support. Hopefully what yoda speaks of is something like that.

    It's not my fault I never learned to take responsibility for anything. ;)

    Thanks for the replies everyone. I did get an email from GS, and ended up submitting my app through Dropbox instead. Here's hoping there is a quick fix!

    And yes tenrdrmer, sounds like a good idea!
