  1. You can see it through the expiration date of the developer/distribution certificate (or under your purchases in the Apple Store)
  2.Yes, but once you renew it, they will be back online.
  3. No auto-renew; You'll receive a mail 60 days before expiration. From then on you can renew.
  4. It's random, but ultimately 45 days after the monthly (fiscal) period.
  5. No, since you're giving out a free copy.

  3. As far as I know, there is no Direct Debit system for Apple Connect so you will have to manually buy for the year again (I could be wrong on this point though…)

  4. Hmm, should know but don't know that one… I know there's a minimum amount though, before they pay out… what's that minimum amount?… Er, don't know… ;-)

  I haven't tried it with ad hoc yet. I will try I want to know because this depends on how I am going to make my game.
