Best way to convert file to xcode for iphone submission

Is it via the Gamesalad creator or via the web? OR does it matter which way, just trying to get the process started in submitting my very first game 
Also, with apple requiring a URL for your app, is it best to provide a website linking to your game if you don't already have one? (I don't have a website yet), and/or can I link to my twitter account, or does it have to be directly to a personal website?
And where apple asks about copyright, do people just put the game name as the copyright?

Can you not use your twitter webpage as a url, or it must be a direct website or link to the game?
