I would love to have iAd for the express version. It would help many users make some money on free games, or games that (in the dev's mind) should be free but charge for it to get revenue.

I wouldn't even mind a iAd limit. Like say 2 iAd's per project, etc.

I totally agree! Users who are going to use the iAds are probably people who don't get that many purchases on their apps, and they aren't going to shell out $2,000 on Gamesalad. It's ridiculous!

You're not going to make that much money using iAds. It is not a source of income. You'll need 10s of thousands of downloads to start making anything, and even with those downloads you're going to see $5-10 a week.

Don't hold your breath...I think Gendai has made their decision on iAds.

In all honesty, if you are not getting many purchases with a paid version, then you generally won't get anywhere near enough downloads for a free version to make iAds worth it.

The free apps are WAY more competitive than the paid ones. You really have to stand out to get some $$ from advertising.

You have to have an amazing icon, amazing screenshots, and when people do download the game, it has to be amazing as well. Because the people that download the game have to show other people and tell them to download it.

If you only get a few hundred downloads a day from your free apps, you will only make a few cents with iAds.
