    I think what you're looking for is "save attribute" which will save whatever data you want. Then, even the player closes the application, the data is stored...so when it's opened later, the data is saved. Pretty much, make a button and save the necessary attributes for that game to have been saved.

    You say the game is saved, or saved in the computer game character skills and equipment?

    You can check on the main menu. Usually before you quit there are options that would allow you to save first.
