Individual Apple Dev

Hello again ;)
I have an individual dev account, and I'm wondering:
1. Can I put few persons in the credits? It won't break the apple license?
2. Do I have to make a website?

    1. You can give credits to a few people it won't break the apple license
    2. Yes, you have to make a website otherwise you are violating the terms&conditions of Apple and you may lose your account.
