Why do I have two private keys?

I have just been working through this to get my certificate http://developer.apple.com/iphone/manage/certificates/team/howto.action

But when i go to make a backup in KeyChain access, I have two private keys and two public keys? Why is that, which one do I use?

    2 private keys and 2 public keys..... seems nobody else is having this issue though after looking over the internet.

    Hey, I had this at one stage.

    All I did was deleted the keys from keychain then download the ONE public and ONE private keys I had from the Dev center and add them again.

    Worked fine.
