Video recording question

Ok I am going to record a video of my game from my screen using Quiktime, but I want it to record my game in action. The problem is that since my game is using the press here and there its not easy to touch (for example) the move left and jump at the same time with the mouse.
The question is: is there a way to record from my Iphone or a way to put in my computer what seeing in my Iphone or do I have to change the buttons for the arrows in order to record it right?

No its not hacked, so I guess I will have to change the rules of my buttons for this video...

you could change your controls to keyboard inputs, just for your video, that way you can control the movements with the keyboard and still do inputs with the mouse aswel?
