What exactly do you mean by a matching game? What would you like your app to do?

I mean, you will have a set of cards with different pics on their back. The player must flip the cards to know the pics and match similar ones.

I have just done one of these. I'm happy to help with any problems you may encounter, it was actually not as easy as I thought it was going to be. Randomising, turning back over and actual matching proved harder than i thought and involved a lot of maths.

If you don't feel you could build the basics of it on your own then maybe start with a simpler idea.

I've also been trying to figure this out, and it's way more complicated then I thought. If anyone could make a demo of this for the community that would be really nice :)

It's the perfect matching game, I just tweaked it so once you flip the cards over, instead of disappearing, they display the matches

I also tweaked it up And it works very well! Thanks tshirt, I think the whole community will benefit from that :)

Looks good. If anyone is adapting it they could make the cards layout in different positions each play to add to the randomness of it.
