Collision problem

I was trying to do a pinball game (it's running at 60.12fps according to the viewer) on my iPod 3GS (32gb version) but sometimes the collisions of the flippers (an actor set as a transparent collidable rectangle) fails. The flipper is another actor with an image (non collidable). The collision is constrained to the same position of the flipper and rotate to the same angle at the sme speed when a button is pressed. What happens is that the ball (randomly, btw) simply "goes thru" the collision either if I press the button to move both (collision actor and flipper actor) or not. If I remove all images from the game, leaving only the collisions and ball (the game stills running at 60.12fps, btw) the collision of the flippers never fail. If someone have a way to solve it (I tried the bigger collision thing after reading tshirtbooth post but I got worst results), I'd love to know. The size of the collisions is W130 x H24. The problem is worst on a 2g iTouch running iOS4, even after a fresh start.
Thanks!

This looks exactly like the problem tshirtbooth had yesterday, let me find the thread.

Here is the thread, i think the solution was in there

I posted there too but the thread "was over". The solution didn't solved my problem. Making the collision bigger was worse (they failed much more) and accelerate the flipper don't seems to solve the problem. Just to make clear: the problem occurs when these constrained collisions are stoped too. All others collisions that are not constrained works flawlessly and the problem don't occurs if I have only one image loaded in game (all images loaded in the scene sums 156kb).

I think the solution was to increase the density of the objects.

I've tried densities of 1 to 9999 (no kidding) with no success.
