Yes. Put the yellow bump between the top 2 platforms (so it drops and hits both keys). Put the red bump on the big middle platform (on top of the red key) and then have the blue bump above the red bump, but have it so when it falls it hits the edge of the red bump. This makes the static red bump fall to the right collecting the lower red key and sends the blue bump to the left, down the platforms to collect the all the blue keys.
