Viewer disconnects after changing scene/unable to upload project

ok... I got everythign running, both the viewer on my iphone and GS. This is the thing..... the viewer DOES load the opening scene (its a simple scene with my logo) and it runs smoothly, but when it changes scene it freezes on me and times out 
.... any suggestions?
in addition to this, I tried to upload my project to GS (i think the XCODE version runs better..) through GS AND the project management section on this site but it times out with an GRAILS message.... :S
Note: project size 58 MB....
