Node based AI?

Is there an easy way to make node based AI? I'm very new to game salad and am interested in creating basic AI using nodes. The way I'd do it in other engines would be make a node object and create an array of node objects in order (which one to go to first, then second, third, etc) and go to the first one in the array, then once close enough go to the second one in the array. I'm very new to gamesalad and would love to know how this would work. Also could I use one node object and duplicate it to track to one at a time, or would I need to create multiple node objects?
