Predict and Display Projectile Arc in Real Time

I'm trying to figure out how to predict a projectile arc in advance and display a real time path that represents the predicted arc (a semi-transparent dotted line effect or something). Anyone done this before?

    Orbz rocks! Thanks for tackling it! I'll have to adjust it a bit for my own. My character is a pull back and release jumper. But this is the concept I was looking for.
