Extreme Help Needed! Random and Placement

Hi,
I am a noob here but really want to create a game.
My head is cracked and my problem still not able to resolve.

I want to create a simple flash card (card matching) game which consist of 26 cards.

Out of the 26 cards, 8 pairs of cards will be randomly picked up and put on a 4x4 grid scene.

I need help (in detail please as I'm total noob to programming) in picking the card randomly without repeating the card which is picked.

The placement of the card must not be at the same location whenever the game starts otherwise it defeat the purpose of the game.

The objective of this game is to put on sale in the App Store and all the proceeds to go to the charity. Please help me to fulfill my wish.

I have checked your demo out before I post the question.
Your demo is extremely wonderful but it did not somehow apply to my situation.

The demo place the image at the fixed location.

For example, the 3:00 is always on the 1st box. The match is always the same location.
The player would knows where the pairs are by remembering the position.

I really need something that will randomize the location as well.
