I don't know the best avenues to promote my new game, Its just not selling.
A lot of work went into it but yet only a handful of sales really isn't worth the time of making it.
any suggestions? :-/

Yeah I don't want to give up, it is a very satisfying thing to do. Its just that it took ages to polish and get right. So I expected at least some random sales. Not even got a bloody review.
Damn you App buyers! Damn you all!!!
Don't know if you had a shot of it mate. "Ground Control" for ipad.
Also, run a promotion in the promotion section, give away like 10 promo codes, but only give them away to people to send you an email or something, posting the codes just lets people crack it faster.
finally type in iphone app review in google and email every site you find with a promo code, screenshots, link to the youtube video and why they should review it. You should get a couple. AppAdvice, 148apps, pocketgamer.co.uk those are all good sites off the top of my head.

I really liked the original Ground Control you did for iPhone Simple but fun!
Don't have an iPad I'm afraid, but it certainly looks like a great step forward from the original game.
A Touch Arcade thread could do you wonders. Most people there are actually very encouraging and friendly!
