particles behind actor?!

is it possible? or do i have to constrain another actor behind it with the particles rule?!

p.s
i dont want to start a new topic, i have another qestions..
my game run at 50-60 fps , can i force it to run at max 40? and reduce ram?
probably not but it worth asking.. =)

    Constrain an invisible particle emitting actor behind the actor you need to emit particles behind itself...at present, it's the only way. :-(
