Moving stacked actors one at a time

I have 3 actors one on top of another. I constrain thier positions to touches x & y. How do I move them one at a time? If I touch one and move, all three moves at the same time.

you'll want to make sure you have a rule that says when touch is inside, constrain position to touchx/y
