Random position but not truly random

HI, I have about 80 actors on my stage screen with random numbers from 1 to 9 and they have a specific position on the screen because they are put manually. I'd like to change their position to a random position (but not random for real because they have to be in lines) but I don't really know how to do it, thanks.
