Codesign Error - Only on one game

I am an experienced GS designer so its not a newbie issue of not being able to figure out how to do it. The problem is i have one game that i cannot upload one of my games because i get a codesign error. I have no problem uploading other games. It only happens on one of my games. Any one have suggestions or a similar problem.
