Simple application icon..

I was wondering if anyone here is good at making application icons? I need one done for my game since I seen that before I upload it, it has to have one. How much would you charge? I would like something simple yet appealing but not something that will take 15 hours and $100. I would ask Ian but he is a little busy getting adjusted right now unless Ian you read this and are up to the challenge.
