How powerful is GameSalad? What are some of the best games made with it?

Hi everyone! I just discovered GameSalad and can't wait to get started making games. From reading through the forums I can tell this is a friendly community with developers helping each other.
A couple things I'm wondering about though is how powerful is GameSalad? Could say, Angry Birds or Plants vs Zombies have been developed on it?
Also, If you could pick a few of the best games made with GameSalad what would they be?

In reality there have been some fantastic games made by GS though; I'd say Stunt Squirrels is one to look at for inspiration - also Bumps.
There are others, but I just woke up.
Welcome to GS, by the way ^-^;
Although some amazing game made are Star Daze HD, Stunt Squirrels, Bumps, Attack of The Kraken, Max Vector, Danger Cats!, and many more
Cheers, Weswog
I would have a week and play around then see what can and can't be done.
GS has it's limitations but also has strengths so the best thing to do is find the strong parts of the engine and make a game around that.
Darren.
Arcade Action and Commove are two examples of GameSalad games that I created.
And here's an alternative list:
Stairs
Poodle Invasion
RadarHead
Max Vector
Attack of the Kraken
Star Keep
Space Tech Defender
Cat rides the Astrobus
Matching Match
iSub
ShootShoota

Sorry Peach... Couldn't resist.
Peach, no offense.. I like you!
It lacks a lot of features currently compared to the other development environments (Unity, Corona, Coco2d)
I would recommend Unity 3 if you have any JavaScript programming under your belt.
Gosar for Ipad
And soon it will be available on iphone
I've been here less time than some, but I do like GS a lot.
It's easy to make games! But not TOOO easy - the more effort you put in,
the more complicated things you can make.
There are things missing, but GS is a fairly new program itself,
it is evolving as we do
But hey, it's good to get in on a good thing while it's new! ;-)
