If someone downloaded my app when it is free, how to make the update not free?

Hi,

I have an app. I made it free for two days. When I make it 1.99$ again, the people who downloaded it when free, will get the updates for free too?

I want to make update free for who bought the app previously but, make it 1.99$ for who downloaded it free. Is it possible?

    Don't think so unless you do it as an in app purchase like a world pack or character pack which GS does not let us do in app purchase

    cant do it. That would be like HP say well you bought that Printer while on sale so we not gonna provide any support for you. Thats honestly kinda shady business thinking IMO.

    Just raise the price after the update... Maybe put it in the description "free until
    Update".... Or whatever.
