change a picture of 100 actors

i have the same picture for 100 actors, and i want to change it.
is it possible?

    Go to Finder > right click your project file > Show Package Contents > Images
    Find the image you want to change and change it. Be sure it has the same name.

    Are they all different prototypes? Are they all instances of the same prototype?
    You should be able to just drop the image on the prototype to change all the instances.
