Hey,

I'm looking to make a career switch and was wondering if it was possible. I can live on a $1,000/m budget and can relocating isn't a problem. I'm not looking to get rich quick just want a job i can have fun doing.

If you have any past experience with selling GS games/apps, collecting ad revenue from game site or via some other means i'd love to hear your story.

Thanks for the advice, info and quick response. Is the $3500 just from selling apps on Itunes?

Some people *can* make a living from this, but very very few.

That's true though for whichever method you use to make apps, be it GameSalad, Corona, Unity or Xcode.

    Hope that helps,

How many games do you currently have on Itunes? How many new apps do you have to make each month to keep making the $3000/m?

i have about 7 good titles and i have not uploaded a game in 4-5 months

    cheers

And this is the way to do it. Make good titles, understand who you're selling to, understand how people use the device your game is on, and market the hell out of your games.
