how do i make a spawned actor scrollable

just as it says.
how do i make a spawned actor scrollable
i have an actor that when touch is pressed it spawns an actor at current touch x and y however i have another actor that the camera follows and when it is moving the spawned actor floats along like a hud. i have it as moveable and not as well as putting an instance of the actor off screen in a scrollable layer in hopes that would trigger the it

    Whichever layer the actor is in that you're spawning from (scrollable or non-scrollable) - put it in the other layer ;)

    Yeah I tried that as stated. I tried putting that actor in different layers as well as placing it just off screen in a scrollable layer to see if it would help when spawning and it did nothing different

    I'm not sure where you're going wrong then.

    In Kraken, all the enemy bullets are spawned just fine, and move as supposed to within the level. I can't open it up right now (laptop battery too low!) but I'll take a look later and tell you how I set it up.

    Ok I set up a separate layer just for the spawned actor and placed 1 of the actor off screen and it's working but now when the camera moves to follow my main actor and I touch the screen to perform a spawn actor at current touch xy they spawn fine until the camera gets to about 300 then they spawn about 100 pixels off and as cam mives more to right they don't spawn anymore
