layer offset

Anyone trayed to do "layer offset" in game where camera can move up, down, left and right?
I wanna od this to add some illusion of depth to my game.

and the other question: maybe someone know how to constrain actor to the camera?

    I'm looking into parallax scrolling of background layers but haven't come up yet with a solution I like.

    You can't constrain an actor to the camera but you can go into the "Scene" inspector and uncheck the "Scrollable" check box on the layer you want to stick with the camera.

    Fafnir312 -> parallax would be nice. I can' uncheck "scrollable" because then the actor is not moving at all. I want constrain one part of background to camera but give him little bit movement modyfication to do illusion of far plane.

    tshirtbooth - my control camera behavior is on my player. And player movement with camera control is not the same what movement of the camera.
