I have a scene that is 4000 pixels high.. My actor falls down this distance slowly and I want my highscore to stay at the top right of the screen and move with the scene....

What am I doing wrong...

It needs to be scrollable? I think...

And it has to me moveable doesntbit?

Please help..

I have literally torn my hair out!

put it on a non-scrollable layer, position it in the camera rectangle in design mode. this is usually the bottom left corner in design mode.

Hey orbz, see, the problem I have is that the scene is 4000 pixel high and my camera starting position is at the top. Also, the camera is as narrow as it will let me have so that it tracks my actor to the centre of the screen. I want the score displayed at the top.... Am I missing something. Can I not just attach it to the camera at a set position??

Tricky for me to explain, but no matter where you place the camera, your "score" will need to be placed in the bottom left hand corner of the scene, otherwise it won't appear. ie. If the score's X and Y positions are greater than the height/width of the camera, it won't be visible. So even if you are starting with the camera at the top of the scene, they need to be in the lower region of the scene. Try placing the score in the very bottom left hand corner to see how I mean!

Untick scrollable, and make sure anything that doesnt need to move has movable unticked also :) If you have a lot of actors this will help you down the track to increase performance
