If you are, it surprised me that you being from GS trashed my post in Touch arcade by criticizing
a person that left me a comment just for saying that my game was one of the best game that he has played. Really???

Are you one of those GS haters trying to blend with us in our forums?

I am sorry, but I think that if you dont like my game you just go ahead and make a comment about it, leave 1 star and post a reply about what you didn't like or how much you hate it...
But if someone else likes it and makes a comment about it, who are you to criticize that person for that.

I am sorry GS you know that I always trying to make feel nice posts and I always try to have a proper tone But situations like this just make me mad. When I saw the comment in Touch Arcade I said. Oh well I am Prepared for the GS haters but seeing the guy here in our forum...

    I can empathize that you are obviously upset about something but could you please elaborate for those of us that don't spend time on the TA forums?

    Ok I opened a post in Touch Arcade for my new and first game. I have received a lot of very good comments about it. Some comments from people from here and other from not GS members. The was this review from someone that I dont think it from here ( and I specified if it is from here or not because most of the time the people from the forum leave the best comment for the support factor), this person left a comment saying that my game was awesome one of the best game he has played on the iphone.
    Then Tyvan left a comment to him saying:
    I would love to see a list of the games you have played then.
    And it was ok for me, I said to my self well there goes a hatter. Because a person that does not like a game just gives 1 or 2 stars and makes a comment about what he or she didnt like or even in some cases how much they hated. And that ok with me. The problem here is that this guy criticized a person for liking it and I think that everybody has the right to like or dislike whatever they want. So that is why I thought that he was a hater. Because the only reason you do something like that is to trash somebody's post. But after seeing him here in our forum...
    If you are another Tyvan don't pay attention to this, My mistake.
    I don't think that my game is one of the best out there, its my favorite but not one of the best.
    Again GS sorry for the outburst...

    I just went through the thread and I can't say for sure, but I think he was just poking fun.

    Even if he as serious, I wouldn't get too worked up as you will continually run across people that just like to bring people down or hate to see people succeed.

    Trust me, if I took even half the comments that I received on the business software I write to heart, I'd have quit a long time ago. If you are going to be writing software for the masses, you have to develop a bit thicker skin. I always tell myself when I receive comments like that that as long as I am satisfied that I did the best that I could do, that I should be happy.

    Don't worry about naysayers and be happy with the results that you put out; be happy with the the kudos you've received from others!

    Yes I know I will get bad reviews and stuff because not everybody will like and not everybody knows about the CHUPACABRAS. Itsnot even about the comment it was that I got upset when I saw him here because you only expect support from the people of GS. Or at least that is what I think. If I download a game from somebody from here and I don't like it I may contact you and tell you what I didn't like in the worst case I will just do nothing. I am not going to sit around and wait for somebody to write something to make a trashy comment about it. It may look like a joke but after we been here spending time together helping each other, you wouldn't laugh if I make a comment like that in one of your posts.

    Any way just if anybody happens to go to see the Touch Arcade post, please leave a comment, and like I said an honest comment. I you dont have the game just write something for support.

    Dude, just be stoked that someone considers it one of the best games on the device! The other guy wasn't slamming you, he was just having a bit of fun and would have said that about any indie title as there are loads of awesome AAA games out there.

    Just relax ;-)
