Move script from one project to another?

On one of my test projects i made a really complicated script that works perfectly. I want to transfer that script to my other project. I know you can copy paste the script from a game to a different part of the game, but can i paste it to a different game? Or can i save a script and open it on a different game?

i just have both games open then copy and paste. works for me.
