Do you respond to bug report emails?

Just got my first one for Rodent Rage but it's iPad and haven't had anyone else complain about the game not starting...I'm guessing it's other Apps this person has.

    Wow... Maybe suggest the obvious... :) have them try restarting device or reinstalling? No problems when I play and I'm running the unstable 4.2 beta
