scaling an object

Hello,
Im trying to scale an object when you touch the screen or click with mouse and then when you release your finger or the mouse click is up, the object would stop scaling and would fall. I´ve manage to do the scaling but as soon the game starts the object falls instead of waiting for the release of finger. How do I tell the object to wait for the release of finger. I used an accelerate behavior and a rule with the function "actor receives event - mouse button - dow" and a change size behavior. Can anyone help?. Thanks
