membership

hi , i have just bought the membership. now when i log on i get (top right) the manage button.
when i try to activate the membership in the gamesalad tool it says could not authenticate user.
is it normal?

    Do you use multiple logins on your GameSalad Creator?

    mope doesnt work. cant star uploading to web process. codemonkey, ihave used multiple accounts in the past. what do i do?

    Hi giacomopoppi,
    Sorry I was asleep. :p

    With the account you purchased your membership, start the process as if you were going to publish a game to the web from inside the tool. Login there. Did it accept the email/password for that email address and send you to the 'Please select target platform' screen?

    If so 'Go Back' and 'Cancel' this process.

    Now try the 'Activate Membership...' from the GameSalad menu option. Login there with the correct email/password combination that has the membership you paid with.

    Does that still give you an error? If so, what is that error?

    no i cant even log in to publish a game. i can only log in through the site and even there i cant convert a project.
