recording Gameplay?

hey guys my game is almost complete (I'm having people beta test it now) but i was wondering if you guys can recommend a good program to use to record game play for a trailer i wanna make?Something not to expensive but free is always good.

As mentioned in The Unofficial GameSalad Textbook, you might be able to make videos with the software included with Mac OS X.

I have Snow Leopard. (I upgraded for $10.) It's basically part of the free software that I got with my Mac Mini.

And how can you make it smaller? Becouse QuickTime récord the full screen.
