when i move actor with touch it doesn't stay within screen

when i move actor with touch it doesn't stay within screen limits, how can i fix this, i tried collision but it doesn't work for me, can somebody help me with this?

    The Move behavior will override collision. It is forced movement.

    What would you want it to do when it hits the edge of the screen?
