Can't change scenes

Im trying to make a title menu for one of my games, but when i try to click on one of the buttons to have one of the scenes change, it doesn't register.

Doing "touch -> pressed" doesn't work, or doing "mouse-> pressed"; "mouse->over actor". am i missing something.

Im acting too n00b this week

rule:
when actor receives event mouse button is down -> change scene
