where is the conditions an attribute change ?

Where is the rule conditions an attribute change ? I can't find it.

    Do you mean the change attribute behaviour? Or how to create a rule such that `when attribute = X` ?

    I mean the rule conditions I just find two conditions "actor receive event"
    and "attribute?
