How much do you give away for your Lite Games?

So I am going to do a Lite version of my iPad game Rodent Rage. There's 3 worlds with 10 levels in each.

How much free would you offer up? I was thinking 2 levels from World 1 and World 2, leaving World 3 locked...Not too much that it's the whole game but enough so they get hooked..

Any suggestions?

    Sounds good :) That would offer up variety from the different worlds, without giving away too much.

    If you show level three with a lock on it apple will reject it. I was thinking of trying to use my normal level select template but give away level 1 and level 8 and leave level 8 where it would normally go. this would leave a bunch of empty space which would be weird but would hopefully get the point across. Then I would add a big graphic in the empty space that says "full version available in the app store!" or something like that.

    Exactly what I did with Max Vector... which meant only one level as the full game only has five. LOL.

    its seems they're pretty sensitive to what they accept in the Lite versions and what they dont based on what ive been reading on the web...I'm hesitant. I want to put "Get more levels in the full version" in certain areas - just not sure where.

    Maybe put that at the end of the demo? I refrained just in case they rejected it. At the end of the "lite" version, I had a simple screen that said "thanks for playing the lite version of Max Vector" so that it was obvious there was more to the full game, without saying "there's more in the full game". LOL.

    No idea why Apple are against it, anyway?!?! Weird...

    So I need to delete the locked icons and just make the unaccessible levels unclickable?
