Collectible items

Okay well ive tried alot. On the wiki, the collectible item one, how to you make the rule things go like: actor receives event, colides, (with instance of type) move by arrangemant
It says here but i don't get it?

    I've updated it. See if the image makes more sense. The image was old.

    Thx and when I go on the item with actor in preview, my score doesn't go up and I added a rule/ attribute so it should but it doesn't and I made the score thing too. Anyway thx
